Working with Cassia was fantastic. She moved quickly to help ensure we got the best rates possible before the Bank of Canada Interest Rate Hikes -- she helped communicate all along the way to help us, especially when the lending bank had our Postal Code wrong four times in a row. Throughout the process she was great at communicating the next steps and clarifying any questions we had. I'd recommend Cassia and Canwise/Ratehub to anyone looking to get their first or renew their mortgage. - James Andrychuk
