I have had some bad experience during my recent refinancing with CanWise. The overall process was delayed and the interest rate was 0.05 more than the promised rate, but I couldn't decline as I have another deal closing within the couple of weeks time. Please note that I had very good experience with CanWise for my first mortgage, but during refinancing, they messed it up. My advise is to get everything in writing which I didn't do because I trusted them from my first mortgage. I would still recommend them as they are offering one of the best rates but make sure you put everything in writing (even if you know that agent well) and there is no last minute surprises. - Kannadasan R
