Naren went well above and beyond my expectations in his handling of our mortgage application. He was very quick to answer questions and patient with my submitting documents, and resubmitting the right ones. He even did so promptly on weekends and after hours. Naren made sure that we had all the requested information required by the bank, even though some requests seemed unreasonable. As the closing date drew near, when the time crunch was at its height, his diligence made the final process a breeze. I want to thank him so much for his foresight, planning, and patience. I am reluctant to set the expectations of his future clients too high, but he really did make me feel like I was his only concern while dealing with us.
