I did get a great rate but I found it difficult to reach my broker and often had to follow up multiple times to ensure that the things I had been told had been done were in fact done (mortgage instructions being sent to my lawyer for example). My broker also wasn't the best at being straight with me - telling me I wouldn't need to ask for an extention when I really did need to. Now that the transaction is done I have not heard anything about having the costs of the inspection/appraisal reimbursed. I wouldn't recommend a first time buyer go with CanWise. Maybe if you were more experienced the level of service would be adequate. Allison Poppel
